I contact sketch up support and was told that it should work so I should try uninstalling the software and doing it again. I tried again to add the license on the new computer and recieved the same ‘not valid’ message.

You can add details, textures, and glass to your models, and design with dimensional accuracy. I reinstalled sketchup pro 2017 on the old computer and ‘removed’ the license SketchUp Make 2017 (64-bit) is a free, easy-to-learn 3D-modeling program with a few simple tools to let you create 3D models of houses, sheds, decks, home additions, woodworking projects, and even space ships. When Trimble acquired SketchUp, it forked the product into several tiers, keeping the free desktop version around as 'SketchUp Make.' The last version of SketchUp Make was released in 2017. I googled what to do and noticed I needed to remove the old license off the old computer. The SketchUp web app is decent and might be good enough for many people, but for a long time, the desktop version was completely free, too. I received a message saying that license was not valid. I installed sketchup pro 2017 and applied the existing serial # and authorization code. I uninstalled the sketchup pro 2017 on the old computer Here is what I have dne step by step so you can maybe see what is causing the issue. I have been trying to solve this issue for nearly a couple of weeks and its killing me, I’m hoping you can help or you can put me in contact with someone who can help?

I have an issue applying my sketch pro license on my new computer.
